You have been sent an email for Uplift MVP Testing. Here you will find your specific Questionnaire, based on your testing group. The link in the email will take you to a Google Forms page, where it should take about 5 mins to complete.

Design Pod

What we did last sprint

1. Strategic Engagement Training Materials: We crafted V1 of the guideline materials and will review them this week with SE team.

2. CMS UX Audit: We completed an audit of the Learn page input fields within the CMS. Implementation of the changes to commence this week.

3. Additional Design Tickets: We addressed various product design tickets, including sign up form modals, legal components, and user polls.

4. QA Testing Plan: We formulated a comprehensive quality assurance testing plan that will be carried it out in this sprint.

What we're doing this sprint

1. Branding Workstream Kick-off: We will initiate research activities and start exploration of initial branding routes.

2.Testing & Recruitment Preparation: Our plans include defining alpha recruitment and conducting performance and quality assurance testing for our tool.

3. Product Design Focus: In this sprint, we will continue with the CMS and component design audits, along with designing alpha features.

4. Training Material Finalization: We intend to complete all training materials for the SE team, ensuring they are ready for handover.

What we did last sprint

1. Initial implementation of sections for mobile devices.

2. Progressing with Stage Gate E activities for approval.

3. Completion of Update noticeboard and the ‘Register your interest’ functionality.

4. Addressed issue with how text is styled for Windows users.

5. Generated ‘non-project’ pages - shared content including ‘Privacy policy’ and ‘Terms of service’.

6. Population of UAT with draft content.

What we're doing this sprint

1. Addressing issues identified as part of internal QA process.

2. Continuing activities to support Stage Gate E.

3. Reviewing any outcomes from security penetration testing.

4. Delivering training material around analytics. Population of production with refined content.
