Themes from our community interviews ๐Ÿ’š

Weโ€™ve now completed our 10 qualitative community interviews, which gave generally positive reviews of the product and provided great feedback to take forwards.

๐ŸŒฑ Key themes emerging from our qualitative interviews:

1. Community members shared an appreciation for the product in being able to see personalised content, the opportunity to be heard, and having an engaging and efficient way of keeping up to date

2. There was overarching agreement that this product would improve brand perception

3. The top 4 features for community users were: community portal, timeline, impact dashboards, & 3D visualisations

4. There are some open questions that were raised that we will take into design considerations, e.g. remaining unbiased, accessibility, and access rights
