Design Pod

What we did last sprint

1.
Summarised and shared back our progress and learnings to date via the Sprint Review.

2. Continued to refine the Learn section of the tool alongside Tech and the NGV Team

3. Built out an initial version of the Explore section, including the interactive visual and project timeline

4. Continued to input into and refine the UX map to better understand our target journey across a number of horizontals

What we're doing this sprint

1. Refine and hand over the Explore section to the Tech Team for build

2. Build and refine the UX map with the Engagement Team to ensure it is clear and fully comprehensive

3. Wireframe and map out the Engage section which will house all community-based features

4. Get set up for further testing to take place across Sprint 03
Tech Pod

What we did last sprint

1.
Established a home for our code, devops pipeline, documentation and project management

2. Defined the requirements of the system that provides our content platform

3. Working with Design, validated our hypothesis content platform, and used it to build a multi-lingual content model that supports the ‘Learn’ one-pager

4. Carried out initial exploration of other candidate content platforms

What we're doing this sprint

1.
Completing a first draft of our Conceptual Solution Architecture - required to pass Stage Gate A

2. Working to fill the two engineering spaces we have in the tech team

3. Pushing for approval of our hypothesis content platform

4. Starting the discovery of candidate vendor platforms that might power the community features for MVP and beyond
Content Strat Pod

What we did last sprint

1. Built a detailed understanding of the as-is community engagement process within NGV and where Uplift might impact this

2. Held Initial discussions and defined assumptions around intellectual property & data strategy for uplift

3. Defined approach to commerciality of uplift outside NG in the future

4. Refining content and ensuring it meets the key objectives of the features e.g. language translation requirements

What we're doing this sprint

1. Enabling Tech & Design to carry out their activities this sprint and next sprint by further building out requirements and inputs

2. Defining the process for performance tracking of the platform (strategic, behavioural and platform metrics)

3. Continuing discussions around URL/website, further use cases, and handling of personal information

Read of the Week*Add an intro on what the "read of the week" is and why we think this is relevant*
NGV IV Workshop Pre-Read
Once again, we can’t tell you how excited we are to spend Thursday and Friday morning (and afternoon for the UK-based folks!) with you to workshop the Immersive Visualisation product.
We mentioned last week we would send a pre-read, which we have sent over in an email but is also linked below! Inside you’ll find:

⭐️ What to expect (objectives/agenda)
⭐️ Questions to consider in advance
⭐️ A summary of our qualitative testing learnings
⭐️ Hot off the press key quantitative testing results
⭐️ Value case / measurement work to date

You may have seen some of this before - so we can make the best use of our time together, please do take a moment to digest the content if you haven’t yet done so and we’re happy to address any questions that come up in advance!

Our final ask is to please complete your individual profile here in advance.
