3. Streamlined Testing: Quantitative testing data analyzed and presented in a clear, concise format.

4. Productive Workshops: Conducted successful in-person workshops, gathering insights from the wider Strategic Engagement Team.

5. Optimized Workspaces: Improved digital workspaces aligned with technology, introducing a faster developer plugin to replace our manual breakdown format.
