What we did last sprint

1. Launched a round of comprehension testing via Usertesting.com and started to define Qual exploration areas

2. Launched concept testing based on updated MVP designs and feature sets

3. Pushed Timeline and Individual impact UX/UI with general refinement on format and content across the Explore page

4. Updated noticeboard and project calendar UX/UI push ensuring team alignment on design and build priorities across Engage page

5. Updated component space, ensuring maximum efficiency for both Design and Tech workstreams

What we're doing this sprint

1. Refine all sections of the prototype, to ensure all designs are locked in for build by end of sprint

2. Start building out responsive designs to ensure they extend beyond the initial ipad use case

3. Prepare and create the workshop materials for our week in the US

4. Continue gathering and analysing data gathered by our various testing streams

What we did last sprint

1. Passed Stage Gate A

2. Gained Group Digital approval for our CMS choice (Sanity)

3. Defined a web analytics concept

4. Completed the mechanism for managing pages in the project

5. Introduced VPN-secured internal environments

6. Introduced logging from both the client app and back-end implementation. 

7. Welcomed our final Front-End engineer Matthew Huggett

What we're doing this sprint

1. Integrating the web analytics platform into the app

2. Continuing the build of components for pages, including:
     a. Myth Buster
     b. POV Visualisation
     c. Project Calendar
     d. Hero Section and navigation

3. Continuing with Sanity Procurement

1. Launched URL testing with indicative temporary URL decision of cleanerenergy.info

2. Revisited conversations with finance around value cases and legal around IP and commercialisation

3. Drafted training plan and commenced overview materials

4. Drafted RWE engagement plans and proposed operating model

5. Continued to chase constant contact NDA for personal information assessment sign off

What we're doing this sprint

1. Analyse URL, usability, and quant testing results
