What we did last sprint

1. Created a full first version of the UX map across actions, mindsets, front and backstage and measurables

2. Planned and begun to create the materials for testing streams including in-person mock testing and usability testing

3. Fine-tuned the Learn section, ensuring responsive design is ready for build and refining the content

4. Brought the Explore section to the next level of fidelity and refined the design and interaction details alongside Tech

5. Pushed the layout and feature flows of the Engage section to ensure it speaks to the users and appropriate missions

What we're doing this sprint

1. Setting up the accounts and infrastructures to support our usability testing

2. Creating and refining the materials to allow mock in-person testing via the Engagement Teams

3. Refining the layout and visual language of the Learn section

4. Pushing the Explore and Engage sections to the next level of fidelity

5. Translating designs for the sections across further format

What we did last sprint

1. Built the first part of the learn page

2. Completed first draft of the Conceptual Solution Architecture (CSA) document, a key requirement for Stage Gate A

3. Completed evidencing and obtained team approval for our content platform (Sanity.io) and back office Content approach

4. Setup our analytics platform and aligned on our marketing platform

5. Improved ways of working between design and tech

What we're doing this sprint

1. Work with governance and corporate affairs to remove remaining obstacles to Stage Gate Approval

2. Pass Stage Gate A

3. Build out Site Navigation and implement the Top Navigation component

4. Begin to shape our ticket backlog with ordered, refined tickets according to the roadmap

1. Validated tech feasibility of product metrics, drafted strategic metrics, and scoped analytics resource

2. Drafted URL options and testing plan & supported wider testing plan 

3. Iterated content for timeline, and impacts dashboards

4. Reviewed and progressed Personal Information Assessment

5. Supported stage gate materials, e.g. drafted CSA

What we're doing this sprint

1. Support successful stage gate A with required inputs, e.g. project codes, WBS

2. Iterate inputs for design, in particular Impact Dashboard structure and content

3. Update roadmap for subsequent sprints and brainstorm for post MVP engage features 

4. Launch testing efforts, in particular URL testing, and support design usability testing efforts
