Design Pod

What we did last sprint

1. Collaborated with the Community Engagement Team to further understand their journey, pain points and how the tool could support them

2. Designed our first section of the tool, focussing on a page that will allow users to learn about COSW, what it is, who is behind it and its impact

3. Set up for success by defining ways of working with Tech and the wider team and aligning with NG’s wider design systems

What we're doing this sprint

1. Build out further understanding of the product via experience mapping and service blueprinting

2. Hand over and continue to refine our initial ‘learn’ section alongside Tech

3. Plan and begin foundational setup of how we will test the product over the coming months

4. Design the second section of the product, including the project visual, timeline and impact view

5. Begin further exploration and refinement of the product ‘identity’

Tech Pod

What we did last sprint

1. Created an initial architecture driven by feature requirement analysis

2. Investigated the CMS landscape in use within NG

3. Engaged with third parties, kickstarted the NDA and procurement process

4. Aligned with the wider NG engineering ecosystem: Domain Architects, Principal Engineers

What we're doing this sprint

1. Investigating CMS choices - setting up vendor demos and exploring capabilities

2. Validating a candidate system architecture with Architecture and Security Governance.

3. Implementing the first pass of the ‘one pager’ landing page for COSW in collaboration with the design team.

4. Working with the NG Domain Architects to prepare for Stage Gate A

Content Strat Pod

What we did last sprint

1. We've initiated discussions on commercialization and IP with NGV finance, NG engineering, and NG product design teams.

2. We started to map out the community member and NGV user experience together with Design to ID necessary behavioral changes

3. Setup various product management tools and documents to capture risks, decisions, requirements and ways of working

What we're doing this sprint

1. Start to engage legal and finance around data, privacy and selling the product to wider NG

2. Start to develop a measurement strategy that includes behavioral and platform metrics for the product

3. Start to engage with wider engagement and communications team to get their feedback and understand their journey
