Testing Pod

What we did last sprint

1. We have continued our sessions, sharing a demo of the MVP and collecting feedback from various stakeholders including Molly and Michelle this sprint.
2. We have been busy preparing the comms and materials for our next phase of testing, pushing the tool out to test with a controlled, but slightly wider group of people this time.
3. We have continued to bring in internal eyes to check over and ideate around the MVP.
We ran an internal session to gather thoughts and collect valuable feedback.
4. We have continued to group, theme and turn our insights into tangible next steps and Jira tickets which we have begun to work through and will continue during the next sprint.

What we're doing this sprint

1. We will be carrying out our CMS backend training with the team members responsible for creating and updating the content that powers the platform.
2. We will be conducting our next round of testing, including introducing mock 'real-world' scenarios into the sessions to give the teams a chance to try it out.
3. We will set the teams up to take the tool out into the real-world in mediated circumstances, including an upcoming event and around the Melville office with the team.
4. We will continue to collect, collate and analyze insights and feedback into tangible tickets, sharing them with the wider team for road mapping and implementation
Design Pod

What we did last sprint

1. Timeline: Feature enhancements including: updating the isometric visual and adding an on-shore off-shore view toggle.
