Testing Pod

What we did last sprint

1. We've run stakeholder interviews with 10 individuals across various teams, gathering their thoughts, feedback and insights on the MVP tool

2. We’ve collated, analysed and turned testing insights into tickets which have been shared with, and assigned to the team

3. We've kicked off the recruitment and craft of comms for our next product release, extending out to a wider group of users

4. We've created the training materials for the team to test the product in the real world at events, once the time is right

What we're doing this sprint

1. We will be setting up for Alpha testing, including driving recruitment and creating materials

2. We will continue our interviews with various members of the team to further explore the tool and how we can work to improve it

3. We will run training with team members who will have ownership over the backend CMS, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident on the platform

4. We will continue to collate the testing into a format that can be shared amongst the team

Brand Pod

What we did last sprint

1. Synthesised our vision, values, and personality based on a core team working session, and crafted

2. Brand strategy routes to bring them to life. Builtout a comprehensive long list of names

3. Conducted diligence searches against front-running names to ensure lack of competition, international relevance, and viability

4.Continued to refine visual identity and brand routes, exploring 9+ different stylistic directions (incl. colours, typography, visual motifs, and logotypes)

What we're doing this sprint

1. Naming - Following Friday’s working session, we’ve submitted 5 names (Doorstep, Seesaw, Taylor, Assembly, Herd) into an initial quick knock-out check, which should flag any immediate no-go's, before we progress with a more thorough local/global search

2.Visual Identity Routes -We’re continuing to build out a small number (3 - 4) potential routes for visual identity — colours, typography, visual motifs, logotype etc...

3.Testing - We’re planning to run some light-touch quantitative testing this week, to refine and validate our brand routes.

4. We’ll be digging into how distinctive, memorable, trustworthy each of the routes are, and which best-resonate with our target audiences
