What we did last sprint

1. We have completed 18 interviews with friends & family, amounting to over 500 minutes worth of call time with participants

2. We have tested the beta product in 4 additional sessions with the Strategic Engagement & Comms teams

3. We have analysed 38 online questionnaires from friends & family, and all interview feedback for quantitative and qualitative data​​

4. We have replayed all of our findings and created 44 Jira tickets, 12 of which have been made priority

What we're doing this sprint

1. We will begin to refine questionnaires to be issued for community sentiment and support the Insights Dashboard​​

2. We will update V1 launch & testing comms ahead of the upcoming release​​

3. We will refine V1 testing packs, distribution lists & discussion guides​​

4. We will support exploratory testing & synthesise results into Jira tickets

What we did last sprint

1. Language Inclusivity: We designed a language translation button, now in the hands of our tech team for implementation. This will help to align with our goal of creating an inclusive and accessible tool.

2. Location based content strategy: Initial thinking and exploration surrounding a navigation solution for the New York and New Jersey split, emphasising UX/UI considerations.

3. Brand Integration Exploration: Started to explore potential strategies for integrating project branding, as we build on our evolving use cases for the product.

4. Jobs Board Design: Successfully finalised the design for our Jobs Board feature, focusing on an intuitive user experience.

5. Enhanced UX Strategy for Sharing: Developed a comprehensive UX strategy for sharing different sections of the site, to improve overall user engagement.

6. Backlog Refinement: Addressed various smaller backlog tickets, including resolving 404 error states, enhancing accessibility, and fixing design bugs.

What we're doing this sprint

1. Testing feedback backlog: We have a substantial list of design tickets in the backlog, which we’ll prioritise and address flexibly throughout the sprint.

2. Location based content strategy: Building on last sprint’s efforts, we will continue refining the navigation solution for the New York and New Jersey split, ensuring an optimal user experience.

3. Brand Integration Strategy: Further developing our strategy for integrating project branding, aligning closely with emerging product use cases.

4. User Insight Feedback Loop: Finalising our solution for a feedback loop in the individual impact section to gather user insights on additional topics of interest, enhancing our ability to provide impactful summaries.

5. Event Calendar Sharing: Solutionise for a UX strategy for sharing the events calendar to improve the user experience and ensure a seamless interaction for our users.

What we did last sprint

1.Fixed issues identified as part of the accessibility sweep

2. Discussed with Sanity about Enterprise version, we will receive a trial Enterprise with a Sanity support team in the new year​

3. Currently working through implementing Language Translation on the Sanity side​

4. Working with CloudFlare and CCoE to finish setting up the DoorstepCommunity.com domain​

5. Written approval received for Stage Gate E, only pending a security exemption from Security Architect
