What we did last sprint

1.
We've analyzed feedback from Alpha testing and questionnaires, producing a list of Jira tickets that have since been added to the backlog

2. ​We've run CMS (Content Management System) training sessions for Brendan & Tom, going through the training material we've created and running demos of the tool​

3. We've completed real-world training sessions with the SE & Comms team, utilizing role-play scenarios with community member personas​

4. We've updated the Uplift Demonstration Guidance Material with some real-world scenario exercises and considerations for future events​

5. We attended the NG Expo in Warwick, alongside NGV Digital, showcasing Uplift to various National Grid Industry groups. There was a lot of excitement around the digital product as well as its future potential use-cases

What we're doing this sprint

1. We will review CMS and Demo Training Guidance materials to update and incorporate user feedback & any updates that have taken place within the CMS

2.We will create questionnaires and prepare  for the various Beta testing groups

3. We will create a discussion guide and design a new approach for testing with the National Grid core team​

4. We will create a one-slider testing playback to outline MVP & Alpha results, and continue with Jira ticket QA

What we did last sprint


​​1. New Landing Page - Informative, user-friendly starting point for the project journey. Designed with updated branding, encouraging exploration.

404 Page Enhancement - Clear indication of errors with a CTA (Call To Action) to return to the homepage. Goals: Guide users back to working pages, reduce drop-offs.​​

3. Feedback dashboard - We have started ideating a new feature that will provide COSW with targeted feedback on the community regarding topics of interest

4. Job Board Design - Simplified job discovery with direct links to National Grid and RWE careers. Goals: Boost brand perception, drive long-term social impact.


What we're doing this sprint

1. Language translation - We are working to design this new feature that will allow users to switch content between English and Spanish.​​

2. Feedback Dashboard UX/UI - Continue developing the targeted feedback feature for community insights, collaborating with product and stakeholders to refine the user experience.

​​3. CMS Terminology Audit for Alpha - Ensuring clarity and consistency in CMS (Content Management System) terminology.​​

4. Website Favicon Design - Crafting a distinctive favicon for our website using our new brand.​

1. Moved over to individual instances of Sanity Studio for DEV and FoF environments

2. Created a branded 404 (not found) / 500 (error) page​

3. Completed implementing Timeline redesign

4. ​Implemented first pass of 'Ask a question' with email server support, further investigation needed for infrastructure considerations​

5. First pass of Constant Contact integration
