Testing Pod

What we did last sprint

1. We've created Alpha testing briefing packs and post-testing questionnaires that have been issued to all relevant testing groups (COSW Exec, NGV Digital, SE & Comms Team, Accenture Energy & Utilities Testers). ​​

2. We’ve run real-world testing scenarios with the SE & Comms team. Sharing Uplift Demo Training Guidance to review, followed by different community member personas. The live discussion sessions aimed to help practice community interactions, ahead of in-person events.​​

3. We have run training sessions with members of the SE team, to help prepare the team ahead of live testing with the New York and Melville offices, as well as attendance at the ACE NY event.​

4. We’ve run training with team members who will have ownership over the backend CMS (Content Management System), ensuring they feel comfortable and confident on the platform.​​

5. We’ve prepped a Usertesting.com template to imagine the individual user experience journey, anticipating the next external usertesting.com survey, later this year.​​

What we're doing this sprint

1. We will be setting up for Alpha testing, including driving recruitment and creating materials.

2. We will continue our interviews with various members of the team to further explore the tool and how we can work to improve it.

3. We will run training with team members who will have ownership over the backend CMS (Content Management System), ensuring they feel comfortable and confident on the platform.

4. We will continue to collate the testing into a format that can be shared amongst the team.
Design Pod

What we did last sprint

1. NY / NJ Split – Audited the split into two separate websites and built out the requirements needed to make the split happen.  Implemented a test site to verify the art of the possible.​

2. Landing Page – Finalized design of the page in the new brand and handed it off to Tech.  Tweaks needed for mobile and multiple sites​.

3. Re-branding re-design – Began the process of rebranding the website to support the newly finished brand and building out the details of what needs to change beyon fonts and layout​.

4. 404 page handoff – completed design of 404 page in the new brand and handed it off to tech.

What we're doing this sprint

1. Continuing re-design of all sections for the new brand​​.

2. Continuing our commitment to resolve bugs and defects from our backlog of Jira tickets.​​

3. Building out new feature ideation around:​​

- Collating Community feedback that aims to improve the user experience, whilst keeping the technical complexity low.​​

- Visualisation 2.0- Moving from a 2D isometric illustration to a more comprehensive and realistic visualisation of our project.​
