What we did last sprint

1. We have refined questionnaires for community sentiment and support the Insights Dashboard

2. We completed an exploratory testing round & synthesized results into Jira tickets

3. We have updated Beta launch & testing comms which have been issued alongside the Beta release

4. We have started our Beta testing round, and have conducted 13 interviews (so far) with Friends & Family based in NY/NJ

What we're doing this sprint

1. We will be completing our interviews with friends & family, gaining additional feedback and insights

2. We will be testing the beta product with the Strategic Engagement & Comms teams

3. We will be analyzing all questionnaires and interview feedback for quantitative and qualitative data

4. We will be relaying feedback to the tech/design/content teams for ongoing iterations, alongside the creation of a playback deck 
Design Pod

What we did last sprint

1. Refined the user experience for language translation to ensure inclusivity and accessibility

2. Refined the UI for the jobs board to ensure reusability in future use cases, also allowing for additional logos to be added to accommodate for future use cases.

3. Refined the user experience surrounding the ability to share parts of the website to friends, family, and other community members

4. Transformation and improvement of the targeted community feedback feature to a more comprehensive “have your say” section that combines user polls and topics of interest into one house for community feedback

What we're doing this sprint

1. Refining UX of the individual impact section - considering different opportunities for users to submit additional topics of interest for our own audience understanding

2. Continuation of referencing and sketching for In-depth timeline brand

3. Consideration of newly acquired project use cases for Doorstep, and what that means in terms of site hierarchy

1. Finished Implementing rebrand activities for the whole site

2. Ran a spike for Language Translation and have now agreed on the implementation path we want to take​

4. Initial sweep to identify any accessibility issues​

1. Fix issues identified as part of the accessibility sweep

2. Provided strategic & content direction on Beta feature development & V1/V2 initial design ideation​​

4. Finished initial work on SEO foundations and AI workshop

5.​ Carried out exploratory and QA testing to ensure Beta go-live was a success


What we're doing this sprint

1. Work with the content team to finalize content, in particular based on testing feedback from RWE

2. Continue to support requirements and definition of sprint design and development tickets​​

3. Continue v1 & v2 further feature definition build out & design, such as jobs board and sharing parts of the site

4. Continue training and coaching around use of the Content Management system and SEO findings

5. Re-engage with wider parts of National Grid to understand further use case timelines and platform requirements to be built
