Testing Pod

What we did last sprint

1. We have refined MS Forms questionnaires for various Beta testing groups​

2. We have refined the plan for Beta testing to incorporate RWE and external friends & family, and begun to recruit these testers

3. We have created a discussion guide template and designed an approach for testing with the National Grid core team​

4. We have created a one-slider testing playback to outline MVP & Alpha results​

5. We have reviewed CMS (Content Management System) and Demo Training Guidance materials to update and incorporate user feedback & any updates that have taken place within the CMS

What we're doing this sprint

1. We will begin to refine questionnaires to be issued for community sentiment and support the Insights Dashboard

2. We will update Beta launch & testing comms ahead of the upcoming release

3. We will refine Beta testing packs, distribution lists & discussion guides​

4. We will support exploratory testing to identify any bugs to fix before Beta release and synthesize results into Jira tickets
Design Pod

What we did last sprint

1. Sharing parts of the website - starting ideation around user experience and interface

2. Targeted community feedback- Introduced new feature that will help us to gather more in-depth feedback alongside user polls

3. Download to homescreen nudge - User journey and onboarding screens designed to highlight this capability on mobile

4. Quality Assuarance (QA) testing - side by side sessions with tech to implement the new branding across tool

5. Addressed the NY/NJ split- Updated the designs for content alignment with the new state implementation

6. Jobs board - Started ideation around user experience and interface

What we're doing this sprint

1. Applying design thinking to ensure we capture user feedback on any topics currently not listed in the Individual Impact filters

2. Working on the UX/UI aspects of Language Translation for improved accessibility

3. Conducting an audit of CMS Terminology to ensure clarity and consistency in communication

4. Continued QA (Quality Assurance) of develepment

What we did last sprint

1. Worked with content team to confirm and carry out content updates for New York and New Jersey split, including Brooklyn award updates. ​​

2. Provided strategic & content direction on Beta feature development & V1 initial design ideation

​​3. Conducted PO and QA testing for Beta branding and features, as well as analytics dashboard

4. ​​Initial iteration of SEO keywords analysis, tracking tool and content briefing template​​

5. Conducted research into back-end AI support and inspo material for workshop


What we're doing this sprint

1. Carry out content updates for new branding setup in prod & support content teams in finalising Beta content for New York / New Jersey split
